subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale:
1. General
All orders for products on the travelplugs.co.uk website are accepted by travelplugs.co.uk subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
All sizes, weights, and other descriptions contained on the travelplugs.co.uk website are approximate only.
2. Ordering
All orders placed through this travelplugs.co.uk website are accepted by Mail Order (payment by cheque) or are processed through PayPal. The PayPal secure payment system allows customers to pay using credit and debit cards, or use their PayPal account if they have one. travelplugs.co.uk may refuse to accept an order, whether or not payment has been received.
We accept orders from most countries, however for legal and insurance purposes, travelplugs.co.uk cannot sell to North America. If you live in the USA or Canada, it is not possible for travelplugs.co.uk to sell to you - If an order is placed from North America, travelplugs.co.uk will have no choice but to refuse to accept it - sorry.
3. Prices
travelplugs.co.uk is only a small family business and is not VAT registered. This means that there is no VAT to be added onto the prices you see on the website.
travelplugs.co.uk reserves the right to change prices up or down at any time.
4. Delivery
Delivery charges apply per order to cover postage & packing (shipping & handling) based on the total order value as follows...
Delivery is normally quoted as 5 working days from receipt of order, although orders for stock items may be quicker than this. If a quicker deliver is required, everything possible will be done to improve on delivery times, although travelplugs.co.uk will not be liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery.
5. Guarantee
travelplugs.co.uk operates a "no-quibble" guarantee. travelplugs.co.uk is so confident that the purchaser will be happy with any travelplug.co.uk website purchase (standard product range shown on the website), that a full refund (excluding postage & packing) will be given within the first 28 days of receipt, should the purchaser not be 100% happy with their purchase. This guarantee is based on the item being returned unused, and in the original packaging.
In the unlikely event that any travelplugs.co.uk product should fail, a 3 year "no-quibble" repair, replacement or refund (including postage) will be offered by travelplugs.co.uk. This "no-quibble" guarantee is made for defects in component manufacture or assembly within 3 years of purchase, and will not apply to any defect which arises from improper use, or any repair or modification made without the consent of travelplugs.co.uk.
6. Liability
travelplugs.co.uk shall not be under any liability for any loss resulting from the failure to give information or the giving of incorrect advice or information whether or not due to its negligence.
7. Law and Jurisdiction
The contract between travelplugs.co.uk and the Customer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the Customer submits to the jurisdiction of the High Court of Justice in England, but travelplugs.co.uk may enforce the contract in any court of competent jurisdiction.
