There
are two ways to order from travelplugs; Mail Order & PayPal...
Mail Order service (payment by cheque)
You can order items from our website the old-fashioned way, and it's really simple.
STEP 1: The first step is to download and print out the order form. This is available in two formats, choose pdf or Microsoft Excel format (Excel version does all the adding up automatically).

STEP 2: Fill out the form indicating your name, address, which item(s) you wish to order, quantities, and total it all up. Then add on the Postage & Packing.
STEP 3: Write out a cheque for the final total and post with the order form to the address indicated.
STEP 4: Receive your order within 14 days (sorry but we have to wait for the cheque to clear).
If you fill in the email box, we will acknowledge your order, and then send you another email on the day your goods are despatched.
If you need your order quicker than 14 days, the only option is to order using PayPal...
PayPal (payment by all major credit & debit cards)
Using PayPal allows quick and secure payments. Within a couple of minutes, payment will have been received and goods are despatched the following day (or sometimes the same day).
You select items to purchase on our website by clicking on the "add to PayPal basket" buttons. This links you directly to PayPal via a secure connection. You enter your payment information on a secure PayPal-hosted page, and you don't need a PayPal account to pay.
When you complete the payment, PayPal instantly processes the transaction by routing it through the payment processing network. PayPal allows you to pay by various credit and debit cards or a PayPal account should you have one. Once the payment is processed, you are returned to our website.
We have chosen PayPal to handle credit and debit card transations because it is secure - your card and account numbers are not released to us or anyone else, they are kept securely by PayPal. We are notified when your payment is received into our account, along with what you have ordered, and your email and address details. All details of the financial transaction are kept within PayPal.
