Price:
£2.99 + P&P*
Use: For UK visitors to Continental Europe. Electricity Supply: 230v 50Hz (same as UK) Plug: Integral plug and socket design Lead: N/A Sockets: 1 off UK 13A socket Fused: No - The fuse in any UK Plug used in this socket must not exceed 13A Max Current/Wattage: Current 13A /Power 3000W (total) If
you are travelling to Continental Europe (excluding France, Switzerland
and Italy) and
find standard travel plugs
a bit fiddly or awkward to use, or if you require a guaranteed earth
connection*, the eunbtp
travelplug is the travel plug for you.
Safety Standards The eunbtp
travelplug has a European plug on one side to fit into European sockets
(shown opposite). The plug is designed to fit perfectly into standard European sockets. This ensures no fiddling around to get a standard travel plug to fit properly, and also provides the correct earth continuity* - sometimes, standard travel plugs do not allow the earth pin to be connected (a potentially dangerous situation when using earthed appliances like travel irons, etc.) On the front side of the travelplug is the single UK socket. ![]() Unlike UK 13A plugs, European plugs have no fuse. Therefore, to ensure the same level of safety as in the UK, any UK plugs used with this socket must be fitted with a standard fuse no greater than 13A. Overall, the eunbtp travelplug provides a solution to using electrical items up to a maximum of 3000 watts. The socket provides a standard UK outlet for travel irons, travel hair dryers, and all battery chargers, etc. PLEASE NOTE: This travelplug is not suitable for Switzerland nor Italy. The eunbtp conform
to British Standards, and all relevant CE
certifications for use in Europe. The travelplug has been
designed to use a European plug, not a UK plug, and therefore
is not to be used in the UK under any circumstances. This system is
designed for use up to 13A. It is very important to ensure that all
appliances have a current rating below this, and have a fuse
no greater than 13A in their UK plug.
Use travelplugs.co.uk

or the connection of inappropriate electrical items.
Every care has been taken to provide a list of countries this travelplug system can be used in, however, many countries have more than one electricity supply and different sockets, and therefore the purchaser should ensure that he/she is purchasing the correct travelplug for the country, or area of country required.
